WHAT IS THE INFLUENCE OF TEMPERATURE WHEN PREPARING A COFFEE?

-

This is a very interesting question that we have received in our trainings. We explain it to you in this video:

The temperature is a basic variable when preparing a coffee and as a general rule it is understood that the higher the temperature the more the brew and the lower the temperature the less the brew, but you can use different approaches, for example, very low temperatures with fine grinding points in the case of filter coffee or long extraction times with low temperatures in the case of espresso coffee.

In other words, temperature is just one more variable you can play with.

If you want to learn more, we invite you to sign up for the Espresso Workshop where you can learn about all the variables that interfere in the preparation of an espresso recipe, in a practical and intuitive way.
